We are worth only as much as our compassion.

You write with what I recognize as wisdom. I thank you for that and for following my blog.

I also like the blue woman. Why, though, do I find a blue woman alluring. Does she look dead? Does she look beautiful but not humanly beautiful so therefore like a Goddess? Does her beauty move her--in my mind--to an unreachable realm, as if she were from another planet and me with no spaceship? Could blue stand for coldness and therefore rejection, or for serenity and therefore wisdom?

No doubt. But could one (a man) have toast and eggs with a blue woman, or would she be for the night-time only? And her breath? Blue woman morning breath? He would need to bring her down somehow, to make her more...well, human. He would need her to be at his level, whatever that might mean.

Just some random thoughts before I go make supper for the wife and me.
